1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "Player", "User" or "You") and 788won (hereinafter "788won", "the Operator", "We" or "Us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 788won.cam and any associated mobile applications or mirror domains.

788won is an internationally operated online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino, slot games, table games and related entertainment products. The platform is operated under a licence issued by the applicable offshore gaming jurisdiction. 788won does not hold a licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial regulatory authority in Pakistan.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the 788won platform and supersede all previous versions. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the platform.

To register and maintain an Account on 788won, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or by the laws of the territory in which you are located.
• You are accessing the Platform entirely of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or legal entity.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or closed by 788won for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor or close family member of an employee of 788won or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration

To register an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full, providing your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested. You warrant that all information provided is truthful, current and complete.

4.2 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. If 788won identifies duplicate Accounts registered to the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods or device identifiers — all duplicate Accounts will be closed immediately. Any Balance held in duplicate Accounts will be forfeited, and any winnings arising from duplicate Accounts will be voided.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 788won will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 Accurate Information

You must keep your Account information up to date. If any information changes — including your email address, residential address or payment details — you must update your Account promptly. 788won reserves the right to suspend an Account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts are published on the cashier page of the Platform and may vary by payment method. All deposits are denominated in the currency selected at the time of deposit. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) accounts are supported, minimum and maximum amounts will be displayed in PKR.

5.2 Payment Methods

The Platform may display references to payment methods familiar to Pakistani users, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are provided for contextual familiarity only. None of these institutions endorses, supports or affiliates with 788won. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

5.3 Deposit Responsibility

You must only deposit funds that you own and that are not derived from any illegal activity. 788won reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing deposits or withdrawals that exceed applicable thresholds. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processed.

5.4 Failed Transactions

Where a deposit transaction fails or is reversed by your payment provider, the corresponding funds will not be credited to your Account. 788won accepts no liability for transaction failures caused by third-party payment processors, network issues or insufficient funds in your payment instrument.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, 788won requires completion of KYC verification. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC or international passport), proof of address, and documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used to deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension.

6.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within the timeframes published in the Platform's Help section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any KYC review. 788won will communicate any delays to the Player by email or live chat.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the cashier section of the Platform. These limits may differ by payment method and account tier. VIP Players may be subject to enhanced withdrawal limits in accordance with their tier benefits.

6.4 Same-Method Policy

Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn via an alternative approved method subject to additional verification.

6.5 Bonus Restriction

Bonus Funds and winnings generated exclusively from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before this condition is met will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any bonus-derived winnings.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 788won are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated on the promotion page, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets) and time limit for completion will be specified per promotion. Wagers placed on excluded games do not count towards wagering requirements.

7.3 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Activating a new bonus before completing the requirements of an existing bonus may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.

7.4 Abuse & Misuse

788won reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings and close Accounts where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, structured wagering designed to minimise risk while satisfying rollover conditions, and exploitation of technical errors or miscalculations.

7.5 No-Deposit & Free Bets

Where no-deposit bonuses or free bets are offered, the maximum withdrawable amount derived from such promotions will be stated in the promotion terms. Winnings in excess of the stated cap will be removed upon withdrawal request.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

A bet is accepted and binding only when the Platform displays a confirmed bet reference number. 788won reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after a relevant event has commenced, bets placed in error, or bets that exceed applicable stake limits.

8.2 Palpable Errors

Where odds or game pay-tables are displayed due to a technical error, human error or data-feed failure at odds or RTP figures that are clearly inconsistent with market rates, 788won reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies even where the bet has been accepted by the system.

8.3 Abandoned & Postponed Events

The treatment of bets on abandoned, suspended or postponed sporting events — including Pakistan cricket fixtures, PSL matches and ICC tournaments — will follow the specific sport rules published in the Platform's sportsbook help section. Generally, bets on events postponed beyond 24 hours will be voided and stakes returned.

8.4 Results

Official results as determined by the relevant governing body will be used to settle bets. Where a result is subject to an official inquiry, protest or disqualification, 788won may withhold settlement until a final official determination is made.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 788won Platform:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to register an Account in breach of these Terms.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, game glitches or miscalculated odds for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring or use of the Platform to conceal the proceeds of crime.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after deposits have been used.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy or other circumvention method.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 788won staff or other users through any communication channel.

Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances and Bonus Funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

10. Responsible Gambling

788won is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of tools accessible from your Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. Players are strongly encouraged to use these tools to maintain control over their gambling activity.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During self-exclusion, you will be prevented from logging into your Account and will not receive any promotional communications. 11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 788won Platform — including but not limited to software, text, images, logos, trademarks, game content and user interface designs — is the proprietary property of 788won or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 788won. Unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 788won and its directors, officers, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Service interruptions, technical errors or Platform downtime.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Losses sustained as a result of gambling activity conducted on the Platform.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by KYC requirements or third-party payment providers.
• Changes to Platform features, odds or game availability.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 788won's total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the 788won support team via live chat or the support email address. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be resolved and any outstanding KYC verification must be completed before remaining real-money balances are returned.

13.2 Termination by 788won

788won reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity; (c) you have provided false registration information; or (d) we are required to do so by a regulatory, legal or law enforcement authority.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for cause, all Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances may be returned at 788won's discretion after completion of any investigation. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the termination date.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 788won holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Players who wish to raise a complaint should first contact the 788won support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter within 10 business days. If the matter remains unresolved, the Player may escalate the complaint to the applicable licensing jurisdiction's dispute resolution body, details of which are available upon request.

15. Amendments to These Terms

788won reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email notification and by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where an amendment materially affects your rights, 788won will provide at least 14 days' notice before the amendment takes effect. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
